I’ve had the pleasure of working with Deepak as the lead trainer for our Network Engineering programme delivered for Fujitsu. From the outset, he has demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise, and commitment to learner success. Feedback from our learners has been consistently outstanding. Deepak has been an exceptional trainer throughout our 12-week Network and Security Engineering programme. He curated and delivered engaging, high-quality theoretical and practical content, aligning closely with the curriculum we co-developed alongside our client - a prestigious information & communication organisation. I worked with Deepak on a project securely connecting a customer’s users to a large American car manufacturers network over the internet. From the outset it was clear that the initial information that Deepak was provided was incomplete, and the proposal was not able to support the customer requirement. Deepak’s deep knowledge around networking and security enabled him to redesign the solution in line with project requirements, often working out of hours with third party IT teams on the US to push the project forward. Deepak was also able to respond to our customers request of adding additional features like SAML SSO integration to firewall access, domain name registration and user redirection via their Azure environment spontaneously, updating his project teams so the scope was changed in accordance to these requests. All the work was completed within a tight time frame just before the Christmas break so that the customer could start the new year knowing that his users could access the services they requested. Deepak is always forthcoming with communication and is customer orientated, focusing on what the customer wants in addition to what has been scoped, and can adapt as necessary. I look forward to working with him on projects in the future.
